Credit Card Portal & Billing update

Portal -After months of working towards a credit card portal, it is finally becoming a reality! HHSD hopes to launch a portal on our website by November that will allow residents to create a profile and pay via credit card. Fees associated with this convenience are not the responsibility of HHSD. HHSD does not have a reader in the office and does not accept CC payments in the office or over the phone. I will clarify by saying currently. We want to analyze the level of success of the portal first.

Billing - HHSD has not assessed any penalties for late arriving payments since Covid. That grace period has expired. As of November 01, 2026 the $15 late fee will be enforced. If you are using an online "bill pay" product through your financial institution please take a moment and ensure that your checks will be received by the 25th of the current month.
